Cancellation Policy – Rejujoy

At Rejujoy Wellness Massage Therapy, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments.


1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or failure to arrive for an appointment (no-show), will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time and canceled less than 4 hours prior to the appointment will also be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.


2. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next client’s appointment time.

  • Full service fees will still apply for late arrivals.


3. Refund Policy

  • Any applicable refunds for prepaid services will be issued only when cancellations are made in accordance with this policy.

  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable.


4. Emergencies

  • We understand that unexpected situations may occur. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
